Best Freelancing website? Read this if you are planning to start your freelancing career

A common doubt that may come to your mind while planning to start your freelancing career, is which freelancing platform is best for you?

From which platform will you get tons of orders and buyers?

As you know, there are hundreds of websites on the internet from where you can start your freelancing journey. But the question is which one is best for you, and what freelancing services should you provide which can bring you plenty of cash?

So in this article, we are going to cover this all.

Now if you ask me directly, which freelancing platform is my favorite?

Then, I will say don’t depend on any such 3rd party freelancing platforms. Instead, build your very own freelancing agency.

I believe in it.

Why?

Now that’s another topic, and we will cover that later.

But right now, I am assuming you are new to freelancing; you have zero earnings, zero reviews, and have never done any project yet.

So how or from where will you start the journey?

Well, if you are in these criteria, then I recommend you to go with Fiverr.

I heard many people saying Fiverr is a low-paying freelancing platform; one can’t earn that much from Fiverr … etc.

But believe me, friends, these all are wrong….

I started my freelancing journey from Fiverr, and now I have my very own agency, and I provide my service globally. Fiverr not only helps me to get my first high-ticket client but also helps me to build confidence and improve my skills.

How?

Let me explain.

Popular websites like Upwork or freelancer are nothing, just a big ocean of freelancers.

Yes, you can indeed earn $500 or even $1000 for a single logo design or web page design, or video editing. But the chances of getting hired are like “one in a million.

You see… this is a recent project from freelancer.com, posted just 3 minutes ago, and already 69 freelancers are bidding on this.

And most of these bidders are highly qualified freelancers with good amount of reviews. So why would one hire you instead of hiring one of those experienced freelancer?
Also, most of these platforms are not free at all. There was a time when they let the freelancer bid for free. But now, as the competition is increasing day by day, then changing to a paid system.

To bid on any project, you must first buy connects, which will add to your connect balance.

Each of these projects has its own connects value.

Let’s say you want to bid on this. If you do so, they will charge you six connect, deducting from your connect balance.

So to keep bidding on projects, you have to keep buying connects. Though they provide ten free connects per month, that’s too significantly less.

Now, my friends, I don’t want to make you disappoint. Yes, earning is possible from these platforms and I, too, got many clients from Upwork and freelancer.com

But if you are new in this field, like I said before, if you have zero reviews and have never done any project yet …. Then my friends… these platforms are not for you.

Now, this is where Fiverr comes in!

The big difference between Fiverr and these platforms is – Here, you don’t need to chase your clients. You don’t need to bid on their project. Instead of that, they will come to you directly.

Fiverr works exactly like a marketplace or shopping mall, where you will open a shop or gig, and people will come to you to buy your service.

And this is why I highly recommend Fiverr, especially if you are new to freelancing.

This is not just a $5 service. You can earn a lot from Fiverr. Not only earning, but you can also get valuable reviews from your clients, which will definitely help you to build your confidence. And you can use these reviews and projects to build your portfolio. And once you have a strong portfolio, then you can jump into these deep and big freelancing oceans like Upwork and Freelancer.com.

But believe me, friends,

if you work hard, and in a proper way, then you don’t need to go anywhere else.

Fiverr itself can be enough for you to build a successful freelancing career!
